I lost my JOB, as a single mother, because DANA did not want to fill out paperwork for my broken finger and told me to go see a primary care provider even though I don’t have one. Thank you so much! Great experience. You can’t have a different doctor sign paperwork for a visit that you didn’t go to them for. Shame on this place. I was told that paperwork isn’t something they’re allowed to fill out but in the state of Michigan ANY URGENT CARE CAN sign a note for a broken bone, as you are a licensed medical provider. I will be back to see an orthopedic hand doctor as my appointment has already been scheduled, but I don’t see how this is going to be taken seriously. My finger has been broken since September and they act like I’m complaining too much by going back and getting it checked out again every time. The front desk lady’s are rude. This place absolutely sucks.

So what happened to health care?!?! They send in a NO Brett and don’t address a pain issue in my knee. Needed help getting through a funeral, sleep, and back home to NC. I get a shot of Toradol when I’ve been taking Tylenol and Motrin for 6 days. HELLLOO start treating patient’s and stop worrying about opioids!!! How about at least some damn meloxicam or non-opioid meds?!?. Corewell and Brett waste of time and money. You’re a worthless “health care provider “. I use that loosely. How about my $50 back because I was not treated. UPDATE: They really want to speak with me but jump through the recorded hoops and try to reach someone!! What a joke

Extremely disappointed in the level of care we received here. My 8 yr old has had a terribly sore throat for 5 days now, with worsening, highly symptomatic fevers the last couple nights (104 degrees). Took him in today and was told this was viral because his rapid strep text was negative, and no antibiotics would be given, regardless that his symptoms are all in the bacterial issue category, are getting progressively worse and have been going on for at least a week. This is not the first time I’ve seen this, but it is the first time I’ve personally had to deal with this unfortunate truth.. that there is no practice of medicine with this new generation of providers, because they have taken the practice out of it. To them, it is objective and black and white, when experienced, smart providers understand that there is nothing black and white about people and illness, it’s all gray. Crystal, our tech, was outstanding, she was the only reason I gave an extra star. She connects with people very well. Thank you, Crystal!

The service was great no complaints. But I just saw this door close on an older lady. The door is not on a motion sensor but closes fast when it’s time runs up. I she was more fragile it would have knocked her over. Should be fixed immediately

I had a great experience here last weekend when I hurt my hand in a bike accident. The front desk woman was incredibly kind, they offered ice and were realistic about the wait time. The MA, PA, and X-Ray tech were all wonderful! The facility was clean and I was in and out, all patched up, very quickly including my X-Ray! Highly recommend
