Cork & Knife Provisions did an incredible job catering the Brown Honda Grand Opening. Their charcuterie spread was beautifully presented and a huge hit with our guests. The appetizers were just as impressive. The wagyu sliders were a favorite! Everything was delicious, elevated, and perfectly suited for a high-energy grand opening event. The team was professional, seamless, and helped make the evening feel extra special. We would absolutely recommend Cork & Knife Provisions for any event looking to impress.

Cork and Knife was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire planning process and went above and beyond to create a personalized menu that fit our tastes and vision perfectly. We loved that so many of the ingredients were locally sourced, which made every dish feel fresh and thoughtful. Guests absolutely raved about the food. We heard again and again that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. The presentation, the flavors, and the overall experience were exceptional. We could not be happier with the quality and care they put into making our day unforgettable. Highly recommend.

Katie and team did a phenomenal job with our June wedding in Putnam County. No notes - best wedding food I have ever had (might be biased since it was my wedding but I have a ton of guests who will vouch for this) When my husband and I decided to host a wedding for ~150 guests in his parents backyard we were confident in everything besides feeding our guests. I stumbled upon Cork & Knife via Instagram and got in touch with Katie + team. My favorite part about the experience was I had full control over the menu. Unlike other caterers, you will not be selecting from a prix fixe menu that has already been curated for you. Rather, you will work with the team to build something that fits your vision + day (really great if you have ideas for apps or want basic wedding food). The team was able to pull off feeding all these guests from a backyard they had never seen or been to before day of! Apps were amazing - and the served buffet was a hit. I also used The Flower Mercantile for florals - a suggestion from Katie and could not have been more happy with this decision as well. My only regret is not eating more foot at the reception. Could not say enough good things about this business!

The owners, Katie and Chef Joseph, went above and beyond in planning and executing my private birthday dinner on March 16th. I requested a European/German-inspired menu, and they delivered it so beautifully that several of my family members commented on how much it reminded them of our grandparents' heritage. I wanted this event to be a meaningful experience for my family and friends, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From this point forward, they have my absolute loyalty — I’ll be a forever customer! Also, they host the cutest pop-up cooking classes, which make for a perfect date night or a fun evening out with friends. Highly recommend!

We used Cork & Knife to cater our wedding and as much as we were confident that we would be happy with them, they exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, which was no surprise because we’ve picked up some of their to go dinners in the past, and definitely will continue to. It is always exceptional. All of our guests loved the appetizers, the entree and the late night snack. It was the compliment we heard the most from our guests that it was the best food they’d had at a wedding. Katie was wonderful to work with, she went above and beyond in every way. Chef is extremely talented and makes the best food in the area. The staff was amazing as well, very professional, efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend Cork & Knife for any event.
