All I can say is EXCELLENT! You know an experienced person when you see them in action. My car is LOW to the ground and other drivers have had to HARDEST TIME lifting it onto the flatbed. JACOB (#770) had it up and out in 5 mins like a Boss! 👏👏 Call and ask for him! On time, fast and efficient!
My vehicle was towed to their lot and I found out that they gave access to my vehicle to someone that only had my plate number and then that person stole my tools, a backpack and my AI sunglasses. The first person I spoke with said how is that their problem and then I spoke to the employee that granted this person and the access and she did apologize but again what does that mean since because of her my belongings were stolen!!
My daughter’s vehicle was towed here due to an automobile accident. When my husband went to get the remaining items out of her car, her Apple car play was stolen. Be went to report it to the lady at the office and she was super ride and said she had already filed a police report. Then why didn’t she tell him bride he got to the vehicle? Had to be an employee; no way for anyone to get back there on their own.
STAY AWAY! Completely unprofessional , they tow my truck and bust my window in the process. I get it accidents happen but at least have the decency to clean it up or put some plastic over it considering it was a rainy day.They offered the bare minimum to fix it and even when we came to an agreement they have yet to honor it.
This is a true 24 hour Towing Company. Responded to me quickly. Arrived in timely manner and with a professional associate. I’m really grateful for the service provided today, especially for an early emergency call.
