After buying a used Porsche Cayenne, I took it to Corpus Auto Service due to their excellent reviews and expertise in Porsche maintenance. Unfortunately, my vehicle turned out to have several serious issues that required replacement/repair. However, the team at Corpus Auto Service was honest, friendly, and fair throughout the process. They completed all the necessary repairs, and now I feel confident that my vehicle is safe. I highly recommend their services!
I highly recommend that you avoid this business. I was charged $1,774 for a routine Mercedes B service and transmission service, though when I brought it in for service, I was told it could be “up to $1,500”. When I first called for an appointment and asked for the cost of a Service B I got “It depends” and no amount. I went to this location specifically for a transmission flush, but they were unable to flush it and didn’t call me to tell me that. All their costs are very high. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it. I didn’t and boy do I regret it.
This is the only place I trust with my car! They go above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful for the details and extra care they give. The staff is amazing and curteous. Mechanics are amazingly skilled! Thank you! I will be back!
We received our car service quickly and with great professionalism. I received my car and once I started driving it, I noticed I received it in more disrepair. The professionalism is still there as you leave just having wasted alot of money for nothing. I’m very disappointed. I trusted them with my car and now I have lost complete trust. Thank you for screwing me & my family over. I hope you’re happy and that you make your quarterly profits. May God continue to bless you with gullible people who you take advantage of.
New to Corpus from SA and had an emergency with my 2006 Mercedes E320. Had to get back to SA before the ice storm. Ed Hicks Mercedes-Benz DEALERSHIP just down the road could not have cared less - service tech said at least 24 hours to two days to diagnose, and didn't even attempt to accommodate. Looked at Google maps for the next German garage and Corpus Auto Service was a half-mile further down the access road (next to the UPS store). Was greeted with a smile. Tech was understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Even though their parking lot was full and were apparently very busy (just like the Mercedes dealership), CAS got me in to check my vehicle within minutes of arrival. Apparently customer service actually means something to Corpus Auto Service. Repair crew is awesome as well. The shop was run like I would expect the dealership to be run. My mother recently bought her first Mercedes from Ed Hicks, and got a lot of run around and bait and switch on the price once she showed up to finalize the deal. As soon as her warranty runs out, I will definitely recommend she move down the road to Corpus Auto Service, so she can see how Mercedes drivers ought to be treated when they need service on their vehicle. Thank you Corpus Auto Service for getting to me so quickly when I had an emergency!!! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.
