Id give negative 10 stars. They called me 24 hours prior to the event and canceled on me. Beyond that I think their reason is complete crap. The ONE guy who sets up tents had a family death. Really ONE guy for a 30 x 30 tent and 100 gallon drums full of water to secure them!? And in top of that I paid in full and no one will call me back or respond about a refund!!

Let me start by saying I have used this company for over three years now and had amazing service. This year was a completely different story. First, I rented an almost $300 GIANT, themed moon bounce to match my daughters party. I received a $150 rental that was not matching, had rips and tears all over it, and was sun damaged and worn looking. The rental I paid for had a little wading pool at the bottom of the slide, this one did not. I was not able to utilize for my little ones like I'd anticipated. The blower attached didn't work and fried up my extension cord and outlet, thank God my husband went home to find this before burning my house down. Gonzalo brought us a new blower that did work as promptly as he could.. being that they are based IN THE VALLEY. Didn't know this and definitely not advertised correctly. I reached out and explained that I was expecting an entirely different rental and would like that there asap, before the party starts. They stated that they "don't have it anymore" because they RENTED IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Again, I rented this over a week before the party was scheduled. I was then told that they would allow me to keep the one I was given until the following day, and not only could I expect a partial refund for the difference OWED to me, that I would also get a free rental in September. Jerry was the one I was speaking with regarding this, I believe he is either the manager or owner. Nobody has followed up with me, Jerry has ignored my messages and calls, and I am extremely unhappy with this service. I have five children, we rent $250+ moon bounces for their parties yearly ... y'all dropped the ball. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone again.

Issues with this place. Not locally owned business. Price I was told was off by $75. They decided to add fees at delivery which left me with no other choice. An hour before my party. I tried to talk to someone when it was delivered and before I could get resolution they took the charge from my account without me approving it. Shady to say the least. I’d go with a local company that give a price and that’s the price you pay. Lesson learned
