Great quality wine at very reasonable prices. Ladies at the front are very helpful and accommodating. The gentleman at the back bring your wine right to the car. Beautiful inside and lots of parking.
What a terrible experience I had here. I walked in and the store is so nice and clean and they have some unique gifts related to wine as well as the wine making area. I was taking photos for my review and the owner, Erika Costa, started yelling at me to stop taking photos and to delete them immediately. I asked why and she stated ‘I’m the owner and I said so, that’s why’ and then she stormed off slamming the office door behind her. She pointed out a sign that says no photos or video which was located 12’ high on the wall in the back of the store. It was 8 1/2x11”. If they don’t want any photos taken then they should post that in a visible location near the front door. Considering she watched me taking the photos and waited until I had taken about 20, her reaction was highly inappropriate and uncalled for. They claim to have 250 varietals on their website but they only have a fraction of that number in stock. The woman that actually helped us was very nice and knowledgeable but I will not return and spend another cent of my money to support such a rude and disrespectful business owner. I was ready to walk out after being yelled at but my partner wanted to order some juice still. I can honestly say I’ve never been treated in such a way before. I do not recommend this place and frankly don’t know how they are in business with that type of attitude and lack of customer service.
