I had my RAM truck detailed by Ali at Country Car Care, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I recently relocated from Vancouver to Ottawa, and after a long drive across the country (with my dog), the truck needed serious cleaning. Ali did an excellent job — the interior looks brand new, and he took extra care to remove all the pet hair. The exterior shines like new, too. On top of that, he’s a true gentleman. Highly recommend this place and Ali’s work!
Just moved to Ottawa from Vancouver and brought my RAM truck in for a full interior and exterior clean. Ali did an amazing job — very thorough and professional. He managed to remove all the pet hair from the seats and carpets, which was not easy! The truck looks spotless now, inside and out. Ali is also very polite and respectful. Highly recommend Country Car Care, especially if you have a larger vehicle!
Alex, the owner, and the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a swift and stress-free car wash experience. They meticulously cleaned my car, leaving it spotless both inside and out. I was particularly impressed that they refrained from attempting to upsell me on unnecessary services. In summary, this was an exceptional car wash experience that I highly recommend.
Loved the work they did on my car. With a toddler you can only imagine how my car was a mess. They completely tranformed this ride! I wish I could give them more than 5 star. The customer service is also on point !!!!
The guys at this shop are very accommodating and kind. I also don’t think you’ll find a better price for a detail based on my previous experience and research. They did a wonderful job on the exterior and interior. I only docked 1 star because I had left the first time with sunscreen still stained on my seats after paying for the spring cleaning service which included seat shampoo. When I called them back about it, they said to bring it back in, no problem, they’d try to get it out for me. I believe it was missed only because the seats were still damp when I left, so we didn’t notice the sunscreen staining until the seats were dry again and I was back home. However, when I was able to come back two days later they were successful in removing the stains for me! Also to note that you’d be paying for parking in the garage during your stay, but if you go in on Sunday it’s only $2 max!
