I brought my van here to have a brake controller installed. It didn't work from the start, but due to other obligations, I wasn't able to bring it back for six months. When I finally did, they confirmed the issue was from their original installation. Either a connector was installed wrong, or it was faulty. Either way, 100% on them. When I arrived I was told that the owner was going to charge me for an hour of labor, $230, since It had been over six months since installation. Ultimately, I was charged $245.50 to fix their mistake. This included a $230 labor charge and a $15.50 'Waste Fee.' When I asked about the fee they said it applies to all labor, basically just a hidden way to raise the hourly rate. Also very strange to charge a waste fee for an electrical job to begin with. The front desk staff and every worker I’ve met there is great and they are very helpful; I have zero complaints about them. However, the owner lacks the integrity to warranty their own workmanship. I cannot recommend a shop that won't stand behind their work.
This place is great. The service manager Bob is incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable and customer service is top-notch. Made my painful slide out repair quick and easy. They also had Parts in stock for diy repairs.
Fantastic service. Very fast and professional. They'll call and keep you informed if anything comes up. They even asked if I wanted to come by and see what was going on when they found issues caused by the previous owner of my travel trailer. Would recommend!
Honest & kind employees, reasonable prices, and reliable, quick work. Every single employee that I've talked to at County RV is genuinely nice and helpful, from the owners on down. This company seems to have great employee retention, which speaks to what a good workplace it is! These guys go above and beyond, from talking me through a coupler issue over speakerphone (it was an embarrassingly long phone call), to going through service options, etc. I can't say enough good things about my experience here; I would 100% recommend them.
I've been an RV enthusiast for years but took a break until recently, when I picked up a fifth wheeler. After doing some research on RV repair shops, I decided to visit this spot based on its glowing reviews and I'm happy to report that they didn't disappoint! The team here is incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, truly living up to their reputation. It's great to have such a reliable RV repair shop just a few miles from home. I wholeheartedly recommend them for all your RV repair needs.
