This being my second visit, for different medical issues, I am very impressed with entire experience. The medical staff are all very caring and the doctors listen and are very understanding. The office visits are quick and easy. I highly recommend, and feel thankful the office is just 15 minutes from me.
First time visitor to this facility. I had a crush injury to my thumb the day before. The swelling made it extremely painful. My primary care Doctor was fully booked for the day and I couldn’t get an appointment. i Was able to get in to this facility almost immediately. The Doctor was able to drain the swelling which relieved the pain almost right away. I was able to get to work within an hour of getting there. The check-in process was easy and quick. The Doctor was friendly and attentive. Much smoother experience than I was expecting
All went very good. The providers were all courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and to the point. The only thing that I would have wished for was that the waiting area would have had a child's play area. My two grandkids got a little bored waiting. No big deal though, they lived! LOL :-D
