My technician Jose come by today to do a tune up/check on my AC system. He was so professional, friendly and absolutely informative on what he was doing and what he suggested I could benefit from. I would definitely give him a five star review. Cowboys AC was able to accommodate me on my appointments, since I am pretty busy.

I received one of there flyers on my doorstep some months ago and put it up on my fridge as I wanted to have a mini-split installed into my garage. Since I am new to the area figured they would be a good place to start. When I was finally ready to get this done I called and from the start it was a good experience. The receptionist was pleasant and super helpful, she was able to get me an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote the next day. The automated system they use to send text messages was super helpful and everyone i have met with from Art, Armando, Jimmy, and Ariel have been super personable and professional. Not only did I get a mini-split installed but during small talk about projects I am looking to do in the garage, like putting in an attic pull down access ladder. Art informed me they also can do that if I want to add that to the quote. The price was right and I am glad I did cause that also turned out to be super helpful to me. Will definitely check with them for any future HVAC work i need done.

Highly recommend Cowboys Heating and Air! Trevor came out to work on our AC system and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell or rush us. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He was respectful of our home, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you find someone this thorough and trustworthy. We’ll definitely be using Cowboys Heating and Air again and asking for Trevor specifically!

I got an evaluation for improved heating and cooling … I did Not have a big enough mini split for this whole home as I had been told by a different provider… They suggested one more unit and they also put the one I had in a different part of the house… It is 100 times better and I’m hoping that all of this helps my electric bills… From the guy that came out and did my Evaluation(Forgot his name, sorry) To the two installation technicians John and Gunner.. I was very pleased…. John would have May come and look as he went through each step … And make sure I was happy ….were just a solid hard-working team and they got this job done in about six hours…. He even asked for my broom and cleaned up and swept my floors where he had done the work… They were All very polite and courteous, and I would recommend this company to anybody!!!

His clear communication and patience were truly appreciated, as he took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process and answered all our questions thoroughly. The installation team was equally impressive—efficient, experienced, and respectful of our time and space. They completed the job quickly and cleanly, allowing us to finally enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep after several hot, sleepless ones. While Cowboys may not be the absolute lowest in price, their honesty, dependability, and willingness to tailor their service to our needs made them well worth it. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality HVAC service with a personal touch.
