Nasser is the best he helped me straight off the wall in t mobile had my account mixed up and he gave me a number to call and was very patient with me. Waited for me to be done with the call and helped me with each step to get my phone fixed.i didn’t have to pay to get my phone fixed either which was an even better outcome. He told me my phone will be ready on 30 mins it felt like 15 mins he works super fast. 10/10 recommend.!
I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this place. I came in with a problem on my Xbox Series S and Nasser took incredible care of me. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated and treated the situation with real compassion and professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly wants to help people. My console is running perfectly now and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. This shop has earned a loyal customer. Thank you again Nasser, you made a stressful situation so much easier. 1,000/10 would recommend.

I’d rate the experience 4 out of 5 stars — great service, just a little room for improvement in wait time.
My boyfriends phone screen messed up while we were on vacation and we walked in to see how much it would be and how long it would take and they replaced his screen within 10 minutes with a warranty attached to the new screen! they are great and care about their customers satisfaction! i recommend going to them for your phone repairs!
These guys fixed my phone within an hour while I was on vacation. Such nice and helpful staff and honestly, my phone is even better than before. So grateful I found them! Victor is especially amazing!
