Brought my iphone here because of Assurant. I had a broken front and back screen. I picked up the device and the front camera didn’t work anymore, the phone didn’t have that issue before. And the guy didn’t want to take any accountability for the problem, told me I’d have to file another claim. SMH I call assurant and they told me to call the repair shop. Worst experience ever
This is my go to when I am in need of help with any of my electronics. Very reasonable with friendly customer service. I am very fortunate I found this place almost 10 years ago. 100% better than Geek squad and 50% less expensive. Highly recommend CPR.
I thought my screen was cracked but it turned out it was only the protector. He could have taken the phone for a day, charged me $60, and I would not have known the difference. Instead he told me the truth and didn't charge me anything. The least I can do is leave a good review for his honesty.
