I brought my laptop to this Waxahachie cell phone repair shop for a laptop component replacement. I was told the repair would take two days, but it ended up taking over a week. Before I even went to the store to pick it up, the manager texted me about an abandonment policy, despite the fact that we had already discussed pickup. That immediately felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up my laptop, I noticed that two keys were missing. Those keys were not missing when I dropped the laptop off. I brought this to the manager’s attention, and instead of addressing the issue or showing concern, he insisted there was “no reason” for them to remove the keys and claimed the laptop was already that way when they received it. Whether there was a reason or not is beside the point—the keys were present when I dropped it off and missing when I got it back. I asked for contact information for someone above him so I could report the issue. He refused to provide it and stated that he was the manager. Given that I’ve had prior issues with him before, this was especially frustrating. Overall, this was very poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and an unacceptable experience. I will not be returning and will be making efforts to contact the corporate office regarding how this situation was handled.
Came here for a 3ds repair which was an available service on their website and it was a terrible experience. Paid $140 for a screen repair and came back with even more problems. Buttons that were fine are no longer working even the bottom touch screen. If you need a similar service DONT come here.
My service was EXCELLENT. I checked in on time for my appointment. They got me right in immediately and got my phone repaired within an hour. They also let me trade in my old phone case and gave me $15 off of a much better and more durable phone case. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
I am given this amazing phone 📱 hospital 🏥 a 10 out of 10 rating. Fast and reliable service very professional staff. I was so happy and satisfied with doing business with them they answered all my questions I had about my phone and my daughter’s phone 📱. (If you use navigation it may take you around the way bc the entire bldg is the 4000 address but the store is actually facing a street called Partner, around the corner next to Genghis Grill- Suite 191- south side of bldg..the google street view is correct, just not the navigation) - Was super easy to schedule for screen replacement here but they were happy to take walk-ins also. - They were so friendly, its really a beautiful shop, and they clearly know their craft- they're absolutely professionals and have worked with phones and devices just about their whole life. - Bo M. was really great, he had the screen my samsung s23 Ultra replaced in like 15-20 min, no BS, and that's including the time for him to put the screen guard on for me! It's perfect 🙏 I seriously could not be more thankful and impressed with the overall experience and people 🖤 - I HATE when screen guards that have that visible circle for the fingerprint and almost every single one I've purchased online or at Walmart, etc. had that or if they didnt, then they never stay down on the curved edges and Ive done the research lol I've seriously bought every highly rated one on Amazon up to this point and they're always crap - hence my coming in to have my screen changed out today 😬 - I asked about a couple different screen guards I was looking at and he showed me some awesome stuff about different ones but I went with the Zagg Fusion XTR2 eco curve with heavy Blue light filters & and I LOVE it. It's exactly what I've been looking for since I bought this phone last year. I've heard about bluv;lseen the settings on my phone about like blue light filter but until today, I had no idea the effects of blue light can have on you at night- (like that it can cause serious eye strain and headaches or that it can trick your brain into thinking its not bed time and cause sleep problems 🤯 Anyone who knows me- knows I do not sleep well at / or it takes forever for me to fall asleep quick so when I heard that (and did later researched, myself) but it was a 🤦♀️ moment for me lol! The fella happily put the screen deal on for me & it looks PERFECT. No bubbles, no single tiny piece of dust that I will stare at for the rest of my life until it drives me insane and I end up in Arkham with Joker and Scarecrow 20 yrs from now, while the piece of dust out just living its best life so he essentially saved my life(😆) Another thing about the screen actually fits over the curves flawlessly and works perfectly for the fingerprint scanner, I can't believe it- that never happens! And to top it off, bc I have the phone insurance, it was like 25% off! Also- it has lifetime warranty (Can just bring it right in!) If I could give 10 stars, I totally would - I seriously could not be more thankful! They 100% earned my for life and I will 100% be referring everyone I know here 🖤 Thank you! 🤙
