Always a pleasure shopping at this location for cooking ware, appliances, and other home furnishings. I recently had an issue with losing a receipt that I needed for a warranty issue I had with a Breville espresso machine. Alexia, the assistant store leader, went above and beyond to trace back and find our receipt from over a year ago! The staff at this store is always friendly, helpful, and super professional! My favorite store to go. To do my shopping and just enjoy. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. Never feel rushed and they always make me feel like they want my business.
We had a good d experience here. The store is huge and it may take a second to find an associate to help you, but once we did she was very helpful. Lots of inventory and reasonable prices - especially the items on sale. Definitely shop the sale items! VictorB
Jacqueline watched us walk in, cold and non existent customer service. I was looking to buy the whole outdoor set but im taking my money elsewhere. Next time dont stare at my partner of color the whole time.
I purchased a set of full bed sheets last spring. The sales person told me that the sheets were of the highest quality and assured me I would love them. They are for a guest room and seldom used. I washed them and they were horrible, more like wrinkled paper than pima cotton. I repeated the process several times with mild temperatures and fabric softener. Still horrible. When I returned to the store in January the store manager said only a 30 day return was honored. No recourse at all. I was pleasant and calm. So I walked out, never to return. Sad…
