AVOID !!! We hired a all day bouncy castle for my son's 7th birthday with his class mates. Booking (£164) and confirmation (of delivery around 10AM) were fine, however come the day there was no sign of it and no contact from the company. Tried to call the various mobile numbers, which are different on their website to Facebook, Google, but no answer. Left voicemail but no response. Proceeded to call constantly and convinced the only reason it was answered (around the 20th attempt) was to get me to stop calling. Offered no apology and no explanation as to the issue. Subsequently turned out our castle was in the back of someone's van who hadn't bothered to turn up to work, and wasn't going to despite having been spoken to by the company. After pushing them, was offered an alternate castle which could be delivered in the next 30 minutes - we had no choice but to accept but this did not turn up until an hour later. At this point there was 30 minutes left of the party, and we couldn't extend due to other events with family in the afternoon. Person who finally delivered the replacement was less than apologetic, citing 100 different irrelevant excuses. He offered a non-discount (offered £30 off, but this was the full price of the replacement castle as we'd went for one with integrated speakers and lighting which this didn't have). Told him I wanted to speak to him about the price after the party when we had time and without other kids/parents about, but he became aggressive and insisted on payment there and then or he would take the castle down and away. Offered 50% payment which he knocked back - absolutely shocking attitude and behaviour. Ended up paying £100, as much just to get rid of him, and to avoid a scene. He offered to leave to overnight with us - what is the point in this ???? - but I said no and wanted it collected at the normal time (6pm). No surprise, they didn't turn up and only text at 9pm that night (again no apology) saying it would be picked up tomorrow. Roll on another 4 days and it was still in out garden with no contact from Crown Castles. Chased them up and no response, but appeared the next day and removed it. Did not knock or ring to tell us they were there, or to offer any apology or refund - but I shouldn't be surprised given what a disgraceful company they are. Avoid like the plague and use one of the many other providers who actually care about their customers, but more importantly the children who these are hired for.
I booked a bouncy castle for my nephew's first birthday. The two days before I called twice and emailed twice trying to pay in advance and heard nothing. They were booked to arrive at 3pm and at 5pm my brother-in-law phoned. They claimed they decided not to come because it was raining (hadn't rained in hours and was very sunny). When asked why they didn't contact us to tell us they were cancelling they said their phone was dead. Very disappointed children and totally unprofessional.
Have used this company twice now and both times have been fab. Latest was for my daughter’s baptism party. Crown castles were great! Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side and was a wet weekend. We booked the minions castle for whole day and overnight. I was nervous that we might have had the order cancelled given rain but Crown Castles delivered as promised. we were delivered a castle on time and were gifted an extra half day the next morning for the kids to jump before pickup when the sun was shining. Kids don’t care about a little rain and had a fab time. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you
Booking was so easy and I had to email a few times about different things and they were always super quick getting back to me & very accommodating. They actually came early which was fab (as we were running late😂) and picked up a bit later so the kids got a little extra time which was great! Bouncy castle was brilliant, everyone commenting how big it was and how amazing it was for the price too. Would highly recommend as we will be using them again for future events for sure🙌🏽
Brilliant service from the guys! We booked the Marvel Super hero bounce and slide for our son’s birthdays party 1st April 2023 and the kids had a ball. Party was 2-4pm and 1-5pm was the agreed time but David called just after 11am to say he was nearby and if we wished he could be there in 10 mins and set up with the additional time free of charge which we obviously accepted. All in all a brilliant service from this family business and whenever we want this kind of thing again we know exactly who to use. Thanks guys!
