My friend booked a treatment as s birthday experience yesterday and I had the loveliest time. The valet car service was amazing and took any parking stress away. The reception staff were lovely and accommodating and the ladies who tidied the spa facilities also. The facilities are physically stunning with a beautiful view and all the little luxuries you'd expect. Love the steam room and the heated dipping pool the loungers and the atmosphere. I'd also like to mention my massage therapist Mimi who was not only lovely but gave me the best massage ever. Both relaxing but confident enough to remove knots and make a genuine difference to my pain and tension. All in all it felt like a 5 star experience and I'll definitely return!
Spent 4 hours at the crown spa yesterday From the moment I stepped in I was treated like a queen by the staff, the welcome drink on arrival was delicious and refreshing the walk through the aqua area was explained in detail about how to use everything and questions answered without feeling silly or annoying. I thoroughly enjoyed that area and was completely in zen before my treatments even started ! Then I met beautiful Rita who spent 3 hours completely restoring me, Rita made me feel so comfortable and safe in her care, she explained everything she was going to do and consulted me thoroughly before she began, she then let me completely drift off into a state of relaxation whilst still checking that I was happy and comfortable throughout, I felt so respected and relaxed in her care and my skin is absolutey glowing, thank you for a wonderful experience Rita and all the staff, can’t wait to come back !
The facilities at Crown Spa Sydney are beautiful, and the atmosphere is lovely with nice aromatherapy touches. However, my 90-minute massage was just okay—honestly, I’ve had better treatments at other places. The amenities are nice but limited to one hour before or after your treatment, which feels restrictive. I also had a frustrating experience with the valet parking. Despite being told it would be fine if I slightly exceeded the 4-hour validation, I was charged the full standard rate after staying 4 hours and 20 minutes. Additionally, the spa became quite crowded at one point, and a staff member’s approach came across as a little abrupt, which dampened the experience. Overall, it was nice to try once, but I wouldn’t return.

From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a serene atmosphere and the warmest staff. facilities are top-notch, but what truly stands out is its genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. The nicest people! If you're looking for the best spa experience in Sydney, look no further than Crown Spa.
We went there for our anniversary and we booked a private couple suit in which you have mesmerizing harbor view. You can feel the luxurious from the beginning. If you booked specific treatments you will have an access to the aquatic center and complementary 4 hours parking. There is no doubt for me that I want to be their loyal customer as long as they keep their quality. I am very happy that we have this place in Sydney.
