Review of Relaxation Massage Experience I recently visited a high-end spa for a relaxation massage, paying a hefty $275 for a 60-minute session, and I must say, the experience was far from what I expected. While the facilities were excellent—beautifully designed and well-maintained—the massage itself left much to be desired. From start to finish, the session was annoyingly unpleasant. There was a noticeable lack of effort, flow, and connection from the therapist. Instead of feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It's unfortunate that such a luxurious environment was paired with a service that didn't match the high price tag. I came to this establishment expecting a premium massage experience, especially for the cost, but sadly, it was a waste of time. Had a warm welcome, my therapist Sonam was great. Explained everything well and made me feel very relaxed. Was not overcrowded so I could enjoy the spa facilities prior to treatment.
Crown Towers Spa is more than just a massage or facial - Valet parking, 60 minute spa journey in seperate male and female Aqua Retreat - steam, sauna, vitality pool and relaxation lounge - really experienced spa therapist (Thanks Rumy!). I don't usually go for facials as I love massage too much, the 90 minute Skin Regimine Facial was a solid mix of both. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked into Crown Spa, I had a feeling I was in for something good, but Kayla made it incredible. You can tell she really knows her stuff when it comes to massage. She’s got a solid grasp of how the body works, and every move she made felt super intentional. It’s not just a standard massage with her, she actually tunes in to what your body needs and works with it, not just on it. Absolute game changer. The atmosphere at Crown Spa is serene and luxurious, and Kayla’s thoughtful presence only amplified that. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely rejuvenated.
