Giving it one star for the experience. The valet parking, spa and sauna and amenities were 5 out of 5 stars. Just a bonus for paying top dollar for a massage. I was asked light to medium for the massage and I said medium. Worst massage I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait for it to end! It was inconsistent light like a feather then really firm for 20 seconds then light and so on. Different technique on either side of the body and I left with a headache! Head rest was on an angle upward when lying down. So much for a relaxation massage. So disappointed for an exclusive spa and hotel. Spend your money at Endota it’s much better treatments!
I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Alex at the Crown day spa and it was amazing. Alex used the right amount of pressure, on all of my tight muscle areas and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend booking your next massage with Alex, he was excellent.
Great massage and great to have access to the sauna and hot pool for an hour before the massage, with valet parking. Also enjoyed the complimentary towel, robe, slippers, and teas and snacks on offer. A truly all inclusive experience that makes the massage price worth it. Only issue is the separation of the genders for the sauna and spa pool which seems unnecessary, when it would be a nice thing to enjoy as a couple or with a group of friends
Package deal, massage/facial/pedicure. Massage and facial were outstanding - room was super warm and cosy. My therapist was AM was amazing and very professional. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience with my pedicure, or the pedicure staff. I felt very inexperienced staff and not relaxing or 5 star service. However all things considered I would go back.
Updated on February 1, 2024 only few days from visiting the spa and changing my review as my gel manicure is coming off, so disappointed Nathalie was wonderful but the gel manicure was overpriced especially as it’s coming off only after 4 days. Located on the Southbank in Melbourne Australia. The spa is on the third floor of the Crown Towers. Exceptionally clean and spacious space. I chose the relaxation massage was greeted. Provided an extremely soft robe and slippers. My masseuse Annabelle was amazing. 90 minutes relaxation massage. She listened to my needs and provided an amazing experience. Afterwords I had a manicure. Nathalie was wonderful. The spa has a steam room jet shower and many wonderful amenities. Will definitely come back when in Melbourne.
