Came here for Botox with Justine and she did an excellent job and even had a new gadget for any possible discomfort that actually worked. I was really impressed how there wasn’t even any slight bit of pain. She was very good on post op care and checked in on me as well to make sure everything was great. The place itself is very clean and relaxing and the staff all around was wonderful!
Great business to use. Everyone is very friendly. They learn your name and greet you by name as you walk through the door. They remember the services you have been using and ask if you are using those again. My experience was with cryotherapy, both whole body and focused, along with compression therapy. If you have a particular area you need to focus on, they will setup cryotherapy for you to pinpoint that area. That worked great on my lower back. The employees are great and knowledgeable. If you are thinking about trying cryotherapy or a seasoned pro, I highly recommend using Cryo-X.
Did a myers shot and light therapy pod. Super relaxing and aesthetic place. People there are super friendly, C & Victoria especially!
Justine is absolutely amazing! She did my Dysport treatment, and this was my very first time. She was incredibly informative throughout the entire visit and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions. On top of that, she has such a warm, kind, and genuine personality. I’m already so happy with my results and couldn’t be more grateful to have found someone I trust. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This was my first visit to Cryo-X, and I was incredibly impressed! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. I especially want to highlight Brooklyn—she was absolutely amazing! It was my first time receiving injections by her, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making the experience both informative and comfortable. She’s not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and approachable. I highly recommend booking with her! I’ll definitely be coming back.
