Very nice staff, made sure we knew how to operate the boat, gave us a navigational device with cool places to check out. Nice, clean, pontoon boat, easy to operate, had a blast for the half day rental. Would recommend doing the full day, so much to see and explore. The Intercostal Waterway is just beautiful! Worth every penny!

Game-Changer for Our Beach Vacation! We used this company for a 3-day beach gear setup and it made our trip so much easier! Each morning, everything was ready and waiting for us—chairs, a Shibumi shade, fresh towels, and a cooler stocked with ice. We added beach toys and a boogie board, which was perfect for the kids. It was such a stress-free way to enjoy the beach without hauling everything ourselves. The setup was super convenient and totally worth it—highly recommend!

My family and I had an amazing experience with Crystal Coast Boat Rentals this Summer. We were at Emerald Isle the last week of May (2025) and had planned to rent a boat for multiple days. The weather was hit or miss throughout the week, and Krista was so helpful in being flexible with the schedule based on weather and family factors. She was so kind and accommodating, and our time on the water was amazing! Captain Randy was also very kind and helpful in setting us up for our launch. If you've never done a boat at the beach, I highly recommend it. There is an aspect of Emerald Isle that you won't be able to experience any other way. The lack of crowds on the islands is so fun (Sand Dollar Island was a favorite) and my kids loved finding shark teeth on Shark Tooth Island. 10 out of 10 experience for sure.

Great customer service! They made sure I was getting their best price. Always on time and pleasant. In a weeks time, I gained many hours with the family because I didn't have to haul the Shabumis, chairs, sand toys for the kiddos and a cooler with ice back and forth to our house. I will use them again.

Crystal Coast boat charters and rentals are the best. For my husband‘s birthday we rented two boats and just went out on the water and had a great day. They helped us taught us how to do everything we needed to know. We will definitely be using them again.
