I contacted them regarding an insurance claim. They explained everything to me and took good care of my car. All my requests and wishes were taken into account. I recommend them.
Well, I had originally given a poor review. Terry and the management team were in a transition process which led me to believe I would not get much attention. I was dead wrong, in fact they exceeded my expectations for this work. If this is how they will treat Customers going forward, we will be in good hands for auto repairs! I’m very disappointed with the service I received. After my accident in January, I left my car with them for repairs, including a headlight replacement. When I picked up the car, I immediately noticed a gap where the headlight was installed. I pointed this out to the manager the same day, and she assured me she would call me back. Since then, I’ve had to return my car over three times, and despite repeatedly trying to contact them, my calls are ignored. It’s now the end of the year, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve wasted so much time chasing after them instead of getting the proper service I was promised. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with the auto body shop. The staff were professional and very helpful, keeping me informed throughout the repair process. The work was completed on time, and my car looks as good as new. I really appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work on their vehicles
EDIT: Changed rating after speaking to Emily after reading my review. Her personalized response to my issues was wonderful. Thank you. Quick, great customer service. Repairs on the body look good, everything was fixed as discussed. Emily was very informative and keep me updated. Was told to expect 7 business days for the repair, but was done within 5 business days. Only a couple of minor issues: 1) replaced the passenger side side view mirror with one that is now different (non-OEM) than the original (so the perspective when looking at the mirror is completely different than on the driver side). 2) Random screws and a piece of the front that was replaced was left inside the car (I guess for me to dispose of).
