The service and staff here are second to none. They do a great job when they work on our boat, and are the friendliest people. If you are looking to buy a boat check them out for sure and their maintenance services keep us floating safely year after year. The only way to kick off summer is a Summer Get Ready service. They get our boat cleaned, serviced and ready to go. They honestly are great. Transparent pricing, good communication and honest friendly staff. Check them out. The office dog Kota makes it worth the drop in any time of year.
We brought our 1988 Malibu Skier to Custom Boat and Marine this spring. We had not been able to use for nearly 5 years due to a family illness. It always ran great but we were not sure how much work it might need after sitting for so long. Turns out the boat did not need much and fired right up. Custom Boat and Marine could not have been nicer and patient. they are busy which means they are good. We are so grateful we found them!! They took care fo each detail which is not easy for an older model boat. This boat has been in the family since my husband's cousin's husband bought it for her 36th birthday. My father-in-law bought it in 2011 then passed suddenly in 2012. My husband inherited and we have loved it. When we told the family of the work we had done and texted photos, they were so happy and very emotional, too. This is a very special boat to the family, more than just a boat, and Custom Boat and Marine has played a big part in its continuing legacy. Hats off to all!
I have been looking for a boat for the past 12 months. I decided to stop by this place since it was local. I was greeted by the sales manager Rob. He really hooked me up. I purchased a sea ray sport 200. They completely looked over the boat and made sure it was 100 percent before I left. Not to mention they detailed it and looked brand new. This was on Thursday sense then I have ran the heck out of it. No problems. I highly recommend stopping by this place. One stop shop. They will winterize the boat and keep it serviced. There service department is extremely knowledgable and so is Rob. I went everywhere looking for a boat but Customer Boats and Marine treats you like family. I can’t stress enough to try this business out. Thank you Rob and Custom Marine for making my day on the lake great.
Custom Boat did a great job tuning my boat and making necessary carburetor adjustments. It had not run this well in years.
I have been taking my Malibu Response to Custom Marine for Bi Annual service and repairs for over 15 years. Ryan, Rob and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, and friendly and always treat the customers like family. I highly recommend to them for all your service work or for finding your next boat!
