Justin was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He was friendly and punctual. The team at CWJ has always been great with getting back to me in a timely manner and getting a tech to me right away.
Awesome service. Same day service when my heat first went out - on a Saturday - which ultimately got replaced. Then even though it was a holiday week they got the new unit installed within a day. I would definitely recommend CWJ to my friends.
CWJ responded very quickly to my request to check behavior of my heating system. Technician came within 90 minutes of my call. He seemed to do a thorough inspection and we both agreed that thermostat is suspect and should be replaced.
Justin did a fantastic job communicating the status of our system and made a couple of recommendations for improvements. I can’t remember the last time I received such a thorough report or had a more pleasant experience with a service technician.
On Friday, October 10, 2025 I stopped by CWJ and talked to Bret about a rusting shroud leading from my HVAC to the house. I was concerned, so he set it up to have it replaced on Monday, October 13th. It was time for my fall service, so Joe Kearsley came out this morning, October 13th, and measured for the replacement and then returned later with the new shroud. He replaced the shroud (see pictures) and performed the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the service needed. He went above and beyond by also spraying and cleaning the enternal and external system. COVID left us with new and inexperienced mechanics. I’m elated to report it is not so with CWJ, especially with Joe Kearsley. Outstanding job you guys.
