Horrible service Feels like employees are a bunch of teenagers in training.. Over three weeks to get service. I do not trust them at all. Employees change every few months and accounts receivable Martine won’t return calls to get paid!!! Run ,run fast elsewhere.

Echoing the concerns of many other reviewers here.... the first 6 months went well, then downhill ever since, nothing being done on our account, super unprofessional, they dont show up to scheduled meetings, then when you cancel they continue to bill you. BEWARE, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!! People being scammed, report to Visa.

Been with them for a couple of years and I agree with other comments that their service this last year has been horrible. They turf you to the next person and nobody wants to deal with the google ads issues. No leads for the last couple of weeks and we weren't even called to let us know about it. They cant even give us the manager who deals with our file. Whoever thinking of going with them, DONT. Horrible service and will be switching service ASAP

I am very disappointed in my experience with CyberPublicity and feel relieved that my contract with them is ending this month. Multiple occasions of miscommunication on the side of the company, staff members quitting or passing my case to their colleagues without sharing important information - every time I talked to a new person and it felt like we start all over. Around 70% of the leads were consistently outside of the agreed campaign radius, but my budget was spent on it. During these 5 months, the campaign wasn’t working over a three weeks period twice, and they never even noticed that, it was me who had to send several emails for them to start fixing it. And you will never get a refund if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service. As a cherry on the cake, today I have received a marketing email from their (former?) employee Nel-Kevin inviting me to work with his new marketing agency. I wonder where else my personal email was leaked. I will make sure to never recommend Cyber Publicity to anyone and to share my experience and opinion of them within my professional community.

Julie is awesome! Although we have a limited budget she treats me and my business as if we are the most important client. She makes sure that I understand her strategy and she follows up with me regularly. Great job all around!
