Was upfront about all services needed and was given a quote. Paid deposit based on the quote. A half an hour after my appointment was supposed to start, received a new quote that was **D-O-U-B-L-E** the original quote. First time in my 40 years that has ever happened! Since I refused service, lost my deposit. Should have read the negative reviews because they are TRUE. Hope the $75 was worth not getting three more jobs because we had three more cars we wanted to detail. We are loyal customers too when we find someone who does good work and can be trusted but now you'll never know that. Oh well. Take your business elsewhere.
I had a great experience with D4 Mobile Detail. They showed up on time, took the time to do the job right, and left my car looking fantastic. Every surface was spotless and they paid attention to details I didn’t even notice needed cleaning. Communication was easy and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend D4 to anyone who wants quality mobile detailing without hassle.
Really amazed at the final product. Dante put in 4 straight hours, and the car came out beautifully. You really don’t even know how dirty your car is until he gets done with it. The dashboard is glossy, the carpets are absolutely perfect, it feels like driving a brand new car again. When you hire Dante you’re hiring a business owner who really cares about the outcomes.
