Eve/Grace is absolutely amazing at what she does. I booked a facial with her for my first visit and she exceeded my expectations. She provided a thorough skin analysis and took the time to educate me about my skin and its needs. She even went the extra mile by sending me a personalized skincare routine so there was no confusion at home. I’ve seen major improvement in my skin from my first visit in October to now in January — all thanks to Eve and her fail-proof routine. I also want to thank Miranda for being so kind and patient when greeting me and helping me sign up for the membership. Highly recommend!
I was hoping for a really amazing spa experience for my birthday but I really only enjoyed the massage. Nedi I believe was great and I was looking for a Balinese massage. The customer service here needs to be better honestly. Brooke sat me in the spa open area next to someone husband and other full dressed people while I was in my robe. Another woman attempted to move me into the back understanding the culture modest aspect of the situation. But Brooke insisted I stayed there, I was not happy. My facial by Jenny was ok, I was expecting more for the price. While I was relaxing after my massage in one of the rooms talking to another customer. I was waiting for someone to walk me back to the dressing rooms as most salons do but instead was told they were closing soon and we felt rushed to leave. This was my first experience here and last. Any relaxation was almost undone. I’ve had better customer service at other establishments…
Kisa is so sweet and wonderful and gives the best scalp massage. She is the only one my daughter trusts to cut her hair. ❤️
Nnedi provided my first (but definitely not my last!) lymphatic massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. She had the perfect balance of tension and stretching, and she’s truly lovely to work with — I highly recommend her. After that, Bobbie gave me a fantastic manicure and great conversation. She was such a delight, and she made my nails perfectly holiday-ready! Thank you both!
Wendy has been cutting my hair for a year now, ever since I got out of the military, and she’s the only person I fully trust with my hair. She pays attention to detail, listens to what I want, and makes sure the cut fits my face and style every time. She’s consistent, professional, and genuinely cares about making you look your best. I always leave the chair feeling confident. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable stylist.
