I can't say enough great things about this company and their manager, Sam Woods. Great service the whole lease, always communicating promptly, always took care of maintenance in a timely manner. I had absolutely no issues with them at any time. I highly recommend leasing through these guys! Best rental property management I've ever had!

Where do I even start? Storrie was truly the best agent we could’ve worked with. The time, effort and care was beyond what we expected in an agent. My husband and I had such specifics in what we were searching for in our first home and Storrie made sure all requirements were met. We had quite the journey with a few offers on some homes not getting accepted, however Storrie made us feel so comfortable and understanding that those “just weren’t our home.” Buying a house, especially your first one, isn’t emotionally easy. She guided us through the process with open communication and such ease it’s like real estate is second nature to her. No matter the time or day, if we found something we wanted to look at she was there without question. After just 2ish weeks of looking, we found our starter home and couldn’t be happier. If you’re new to buying a house, or just don’t understand the process, I promise Storrie has you covered. The thought and heart she puts into her clients is unmatched which is why she has a forever client in my husband and me!
Storrie Ferrell was absolutely the best to work with and is so very good at her craft. If you have ever bought a home before, you know it can be a roller coaster of emotions – so she was my realtor and therapist 😃 Originally, I was thinking I wanted a townhome, so our appointment was to see a townhome. It didn’t elate me, so she asked if I had some time to take a look at some other properties. We utilized our afternoon to view 3 more properties but the FIRST one (a house) I fell in love with. Storrie knew the neighborhood (and me) and showed me what is now MY HOME. It was the first property we saw and every other house I would compare to it. During the offer stage, there was the back and forth and ups and down with the seller, but she persevered and was my biggest advocate/proponent and worked so incredibly hard and championed ME. Her communication was incredible, and I knew what was happening every step of the way. I wanted this house so bad, and she wanted the house so bad for me. Once we had mutual acceptance, she continued to let me know what was occurring, when, and we closed in record time. Her lender partners were incredible and also fun to work with. Storrie also held my hand (first time homeowner, not property – always owned condo or townhomes) so she answered so many of my questions or came over and rolled up her sleeves and did things for me or provided me with folks that I need to contact for all kinds of things – that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That was incredible – and so appreciated. I am so dang happy with my home, the neighborhood and it’s all due to Storrie. She showed me this home, the FIRST home we saw together, and it was serendipitously meant to be, and I couldn’t have done it without her. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Storrie, so very much!!
