I took here years ago and it was an amazing experience. I was in a few classes with very high level girls above me and they were nothing but kind, very rare. They also gave our dance studio a space to use for a master class weekend when ours shut down because of various issues. The dancers who have come out of this studio are so successful and professionally trained!!!!!
We LOVE Dance Industry so much! Our daughter has been going here for the past 12 years, and is on the performing company. We are so thankful we made the choice to enroll at Dance Industry! Christy & the staff are the best around! They really love all of their students, are very knowledgeable, supportive, and provide top tier pre-professional training. This is truly home to us, & we cannot imagine being anywhere else!
I can’t say enough great things about Dance Industry. My daughter absolutely loves coming here and I LOVE how supportive and amazing the staff is. We switched from a popular studio down the street and have zero regrets. Shoutout to Mr Cooper and Liz. They are so sweet and patient with the age group my daughter is in!
If I could give this studio more stars I would! We were at the studio for a year and it was the best year of my kids lives! My son has ADHD and they not only embraced him, but develped his technique and he thrived! My daughter is very young and only did the recreation program, but all of the teachers (especially Tammy and cooper) were absolutely amazing! Because of DI both of my kids are way above their age level in all genres from just one year of dancing there. The staff is extremely professional, and the owner is just so on top of everything at the studio. The best part of the studio is that none of the teachers or staff (Including the owner) get involved with ANY of the drama at the studio. They place the kids where they will do the best in technique and maturity wise. The only reason why we left is because we moved out of state, however we are going back every year for some of the conventions they participate in so we have the chance to dance with them. They care about molding your dancer into a professional dancer, not just a competitive dancer who stops dancing at 18 when they age out of competitions. They work with the seniors in getting them into the right collages and help them earn scholarships to pay for tuition. The owner and staff are well connected as well to get your foot in the door if you want to go more towards the entertainment industry. The ballet program is top notch with dancers that get into the most prestigious dance schools. (They have placed at least 3 dancers at Juilliard last year). They also have great adult ballet, tap, and hop hop classes that are so much fun! If you have the opportunity to go to DI do it! It was the best decision for our whole family made in dance we have ever made.
We came from another studio at the beginning of competition season. It would have been our daughter’s first time on company but we ended up leaving that studio due to a toxic environment. We tried several other studios before landing at Dance Industry. We started slowly with privates with Miss Maggie and slowly increased the amount of classes and 3 months later we are now here 5 days a week and love it. Every class has been amazing for our daughter and she has loved that natural but professional environment that dance industry brings. We are hoping to be a part of company next year as so many company members have been so sweet to Our daughter every single time we come up here. I do have to sing special praises to Cooper and Maggie though. Cooper has been super patient with us as we navigate our ways though a new studio and adding and changing classes that fit our daughter’s abilities. Maggie has been a God send to our family. Our daughter had severe anxiety from the other studio she was at and cried a few times but Maggie sat with her and worked through every fear our daughter had and has boosted her self esteem and shows daily how much better she feels about herself and her abilities thanks to Miss Maggie. We will be seeing the praises of Dance Industry forever and recommend Dance Industry to everyone.
