Our guide, John, was awesome!. He was very knowledgeable about the history and important landmarks throughout the city. Using a speaker system, we enjoyed a constant commentary about what we were seeing and easy to follow instructions to keep us safe on the busy streets. He was very engaging and personable. It was a great way to see San Francisco. We are in our 70s and the ride was very doable with the electric push for managing the hills. We highly recommend this tour to anyone!

I took my two elderly, active parents on an e-bike guided tour in December. Layers and gloves are a must, and we were adequately warned and prepared for this bike ride in the winter. They had helmets, bungee cords, and a basket for carrying a small bag on the bikes. It was a great way to see many iconic sights in the city. We really enjoyed it, and my parents had a great time! Eli, our guide, was wonderful. Super knowledgeable and an all-around great guy. It was interesting to hear about the history of immigration in San Francisco, and Eli did a great job explaining it to my parents.

We were immediately greeted by Frankie, who was incredibly friendly and went far beyond what anyone could expect. She shared all the best local spots, suggested great routes based on the time we had, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before heading out. Frankie was exceptionally accommodating and genuinely cared about making our day as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Absolutely 10 stars for Frankie for delivering outstanding service and making our experience unforgettable! Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

My family of 4 loved the tour with John! Even my hard to please teenagers had a lot of fun! It was a great way to see the highlights of the city. John was an excellent guide! He was knowledgeable, fun, and enthusiastic! Highly recommend this tour!

I never post reviews but I’m totally doing it for Dandyhorse and John, our amazing guide! My 12 year old and I were taking a girls trip to San Fran. I love history and she loves biking. We combined the two for the most fun few hours of exploring the city! The Rad bikes were rad, as was John, who entertained all my housing and political questions! It was our favorite part of the trip and we had a lot of amazing fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone able to ride an e-bike and ready for a great adventure!
