A bit late on this review, but as a retaker, Daniel was an absolutely worthwhile investment in my passing the February '25 bar exam. He created an effective study schedule to make the most of my time, and kept me accountable to it. His critiques identified the gaps in my understanding and taught me how to really structure and attack an essay to earn the most points. We also reviewed MBE questions and strategy, which really helped my time management. Overall, Daniel is a fantastic tutor and was worth every penny. I went into the February exam 10x more confident than the first time, and that is a direct result of his teaching methods. Thank you Daniel!!

After failing the July '24 bar exam by 170 points, working with Daniel helped to pass the February '25 bar exam. Daniel's understanding of the black letter law is impecable, as is his ability to break it down for me where my understanding of a topic would fall short. From the beginning, Daniel created a study plan tailored to my needs, which took the guess work out of how to approach studying. The process was clear, and the deadlines that he gave me to submit essays were crucial to ensure that I did not get behind. Daniel is a straight shooter, so I always had an accurate read of what my strengths and weaknesses were. His guidance left me feeling confident on exam day, which I had not felt walking into the July '24 bar. Despite the technical issues with the Febraury '25 bar exam, my confidence remained, as Daniel had helped me adequately prepare for the test. I passed the California Bar — finally! After multiple failed attempts using Kaplan, Barbri, and a Barbri tutor, I worked with Daniel and saw a 175-point increase. I'm a CA bar exam repeat taker. I failed July '24 and Daniel helped me pass on my second attempt during the February '25 administration! I have no doubt in my mind that Daniel is the reason I passed. His personalized program was the perfect fit for me. If you are more of a hands on learner, Daniel is the right tutor for you! On my first attempt, I went with Barbri and Adaptibar. I followed the program exactly as designed and I failed. Watching videos for countless hours simply wasn't for me and Daniel offered the perfect alternative. He created a specialized schedule to suit my needs and went through my essays line by line. While I was taking the exam, I heard his voice in my head reminding me of what I might be missing and I'm certain it's what helped me pass. If big box didn't work for you the first time, don't bother trying it again. Hire Daniel. You won't regret it!
