I have been a Daniel's customer for years and I have never been met with such an ugly and nasty attitude over the phone. "Customer Service MANAGER" Marisol or Maricela (unsure if i even got her name correctly) needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. I returned a call that had just been made to my husband's number to ask a simple question and she did not allow me to even finish my inquiry. Daniel's, do a better job selecting your management teams. I will be continuing to attempt to reach corporate. This employee needs to be accountable for her demeanor as I am sure we are not the first people to encounter this with her.

He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process. His professionalism and dedication really stood out. A special thank you as well to his manager, Jaime, who was incredibly supportive and attentive, and to the owner, Daniel, for running such a trustworthy and customer focused business. The teamwork and care shown made a big difference. Highly recommend this team!
Always a pleasure coming to Daniel's home center. This place always feels welcoming no need to rush to shop. The environment at Daniel's is so relaxing that I found my living room set, tv, kitchen and bedroom set all in one. I recently purchased some furniture from Daniel’s Home Center, and I’m really happy with the entire experience. They had a great selection everything from modern styles to classic designs and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The sales staff Claudio Crespo and Jaime Gonzalez were friendly, patient and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even explained the financing options clearly.Im so happy.
I bought a sectional, a bedroom set, and a mattress from Daniels and I’m really happy with everything. The staff helped me pick pieces that actually fit my space, and the prices were better than what I saw at the big chains. Delivery was on time, the guys set everything up, and it all looks great. I’d definitely shop here again.
