Our 34 year old boiler went out. Though the replacement was pricey, we knew it was time. We could not have asked for a better experience!! Charles and his helper were just amazing, very conscientious and the job was just beautiful!! I would highly recommend Daniels!!!
Christopher was excellent, excellent customer service, prompt for the appointment, friendly, obviously knows what he is doing! I call Daniels all the time for my plumbing needs and they have always been able to get us an appointment very quickly. Thank you Christopher and Daniels.
Daniel's was the 1st responder of 4 contacts. Christopher was very positive and confident, prompt, courteous and respectful. He immediately recognized the issue and described the needed repair. He went about his business explaining the what/whys for what he did, with efficiency, expressing a true interest and intent to make the repair the RIGHT way. I have no problem recommending his work and have in fact scheduled another/different repair,
Needed to replace boiler and water heater. Received 5 estimates and Daniels was in the mid-range between $13k and $28k. The decision to choose Daniels was due to Charles who also did the installation. He was professional, no sales pitch, stated facts and clearly explained three options. We chose the highest option which met our needs best. The work was excellent, on time, no additional charges. Had a call-back for an operational question and Charles came - adjusted some things and answered our questions. We were very comfortable having him and his helper in our home and are very pleased with the outcome. Only negative is communication with the office - messages lost, etc. But we are persistent and everyone we've contacted is helpful and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend Daniels! PS: I want to say the price paid was 'overpriced' - but we had 4 other estimates and this one was in the middle. It's just the 'industry' in general that is expensive these days! So we checked "Reasonable Price."

They treated my family with honesty and integrity and never once tried to pressure us or upsell unnecessary work. That alone speaks volumes about the values of this company. The installation itself was just as impressive as the business ethics. The professional staff installed four mini-split systems throughout our home, and the level of precision and attention to detail was outstanding. From start to finish, the crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely organized. They showed up on time each day, communicated clearly about the process, and kept the work areas clean and orderly. What really stood out to me was how efficiently everything was handled. The entire project was completed in just two days, from start to finish, without cutting corners or sacrificing quality. Every unit was installed perfectly, and the system works exactly as promised. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their craftsmanship and stands behind their work. Another huge benefit was the financing plan they offered. It was the best option available to us and made such a large investment far more manageable for my family. Thanks to that financing, we were able to move forward without unnecessary financial stress, which made a big difference for us. Now, our home is comfortable year-round—cool during the intense summer heat and warm during the cold winter months. The improvement in comfort has been incredible, and we are so grateful we chose Daniel’s Plumbing and Heating for this project.
