Have recently completed my sale through Darlows Canton. They were exceptional! Especially Tim. Couldn’t recommend Darlows enough, I originally had my property on the market with Peter Alan and the experience was terrible. Constants errors, no communication and rudeness, and my property was on the market with them for 6 months with no positive outcomes and barely any viewings. But then thankfully, I switched to Darlows and my property sold in two weeks! They are professional, communicative, helpful and genuinely a really friendly team. Very satisfied customer! Thank you to you all :)

After the loss of my son, Ive had to have my son's house valued which was so hard, Tim Davies came to value the house and I cannot thank him enough for his kind and caring words at such a difficult time. Are Darlow really an estate agent? Are they still in Business? On 20th March 2025 I had a property viewing with Craig Barret, a partner at the Llandaff office and had an offer accepted 4 days later. Craig was exceptionally helpful but then unfortunately disappeared around the end of May 2025. Around the same time Sadie at the canton office called me regarding purchase update, and when I advised I was unable to contact Craig, she failed to inform me he no longer worked for the company, and advised he was on sick and would call soon. I came to know from personal connections he had left the company. On 10th July I contacted Sadie regarding changes to the offer and was informed the revised memorandum of sale would be forwarded. In her email, she apologies for the lack of communication following Craig’s departure from Darlows [The first time it had been acknowledged]and ensured me I would be kept informed moving forward. That was the last time I heard from Sadie or Darlows. The revised memorandum of sale never arrived. On 16th July I emailed the canton branch and Sadie regarding the memorandum of sale but nobody replied. On 23rd July, 4 months after agreeing to purchase, and having no correspondence with Darlows, I decided to withdraw my offer and emailed Darlows Canton and Sadie to inform them, but received no reply On 30th July, I personally wrote to the seller giving reasons for withdrawing, and discovered nobody from Darlows had informed him The seller has contacted Darlows, I have contacted Darlows and still today 17th August the property is listed on rightmove as SSTC Error have been made, other will be blamed I’m sure!
