I will share my experience with residential home AC unit replacement last year. Dave and rest of staff are easy to talk to and work with. I felt overall they did a very good job at replacement. They even replaced a couple of parts which was originally questionable if needed to be done, which was a nice touch. Good price and everything has worked properly since replacement. A couple of minor items that prevents me from giving 5 stars. During replacement, a couple of visually noticeable things occurred, which would have been nice to have let me know that it did occur. One item, after working with it after replacement, I came to conclusion that it was unavoidable in order to do the work. Other item, which perhaps they did not realize happened, was some PVC cement that got on the floor below a drain pipe they installed. On a follow up, they gave advice on how to clean it up, which was good. Unfortunately, that appeared to not be a good choice for the floor that I have. However, overall, I would recommend to others, and will consider them again for any future needs.
We highly recommend Dave and his team. We had our 25 year old furnace go out. one of the “Bigger” guys came and shut off our furnace due to a bad heater exchange at the beginning of winter. I had a 6 month old and three other kiddos and no heat. They said they would put an emergency service for us and they never followed up. Frustrated and discouraged I mentioned it to a friend and they said, “Call Dave’s”. They came out immediately, and even serviced us a day earlier than scheduled. professional, friendly, coat effective, and did such a great job. Call them today and you won’t be disappointed!!! Dave and his entire crew were amazing, really stepped up and handled a very difficult (and unpleasant) removal of our antiquated system, installed our wonderful, efficient new heat pump, and brought our 100 year old + house's heating and air up to date. All this was managed to work within our budget. They also coordinated electric work and permits, and took care of the entire process. I can never express how happy we are with Dave's Heating and Air.
These guys are great. Our AC went out on a weekend while caring for an ill family member. Daves was there in 20 minutes and got the system working. We were so grateful and will continue to use their services.
On the first 100 degree day of the summer our AC died. Dave's came out promptly and got us working within a few hours and we didn't need to sell my first born to pay for it. Then winter comes and our furnace isn't working. Our furnace isn't playing nice with the replacement equipment from the summer. They quickly come out identify the issue and get us fixed at no charge. Great friendly customer service.
