My husband got my engagement ring here , an eternity band, 9 years ago. I somehow got it crushed and lost a diamond. We took it to get fixed along with some other pieces and the customer service and promptness was incredible. We worked with Jackie and she was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond and my ring and other pieces look amazing! They will be our jewelers for life!
I had a wonderful experience with David Levi & Sons Jewelers. I purchased a David Yurman ring directly from him without ever seeing it in person or visiting his store. The entire transaction was seamless, and David personally shipped the ring to my home. Great experience here! Took in a ring that we purchased at Costco to get it resized with a different color band. I couldn’t be happier with the result!! Wow, these guys are the absolute best, hands down. Price, quality, and customer service are all top notch. I did so much research on diamonds and engagement rings, and after going to 5 other jewelers and getting quotes from almost every online retailer, David and his team out did them all! They gave me the best price by far and gave me such quality diamonds and customer service that made me feel comfortable and cared about. It really helped to see the diamonds in person too, rather than online. Nancy worked with me on every detail to customize the ring just how my fiancé wanted it and she took the extra time to help me find the perfect diamond. Thank you Nancy! I couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them for all my future jewelry needs. I even traded in my other gold and silver items, and David gave me way more than what other jewelers were going to give me. He is fair, considerate, and I always feel like I’m in the best hands with him and his team.
I am no master jeweler so when I came to David Levi and Sons with a special commission request I got an end to end lovely experience. After watching the newest season of one of my favorite shows of all time I decided that I wanted a piece of that for myself and commissioned this piece. I started this custom commission with David himself a while ago. To be fair, I did ask them for something very specific and intricate. The piece is beautiful, the communication channel I had with David was down right pleasant and he worked with me to achieve the piece that I wanted rather than trying to sell me on anything I didn't want. I could not be more happy and I have found new go-to jeweler from now on!
