We booked an on-the-day coordinator just two months out and WOW, are we glad we did! Lauren at Days Like These Events exceeded our expectations from our very first meeting. She was fully supportive of our vision and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the experience for everyone. Her help with the small details was invaluable, and as our international family and friends arrived the week before, her calm, kind management was exceptional. On the day, Lauren seemed to be everywhere at once - while dealing with the rain! We had a wet-weather option, but decided to risk it and she ensured everything went smoothly. She worked with all the vendors, ran plates of food, brought drinks to my family, and checked in with my husband and me throughout the day so we could truly enjoy it. Lauren — thank you! We could write a book about how wonderful you are. Even friends who’d recently been married said, “Wow, she’s way better than my coordinator was!” Thank you, Days Like These Events, and thank you, Lauren!

If 11/10 were possible, they’d deserve 15!! Days Like These - Wedding Coordination (Sarah) We genuinely believed we didn’t need a coordinator. We’re organised, detail-obsessed, event-planning gays who thought we had everything under control. And then we met Sarah - and she changed everything. Em, Sarah, Lauren and the team are next level, the BEST at what they do. From the moment Sarah stepped into our world, something shifted. She made everything feel lighter, calmer, more possible. Every meeting, every site visit, every conversation - she brought this grounded, joyful energy that made us think, “Oh, this is what it feels like to be truly taken care of.” Our ceremony was in Wiltshire Park in Palm Beach, which meant turning a public park into a wedding venue. Furniture, benches, bar, cart - you name it, it had to be delivered and set up from scratch. Sarah planned it all, coordinated every supplier, and then was there herself to build it piece by piece. When we arrived, it took our breath away. It was exactly what we dreamt of - and somehow even better. She setup the park and then went to The Joey for our reception and set that up to, at the end of the night she returned items to the house we were staying at. And then… it rained. On our wedding day. That moment you’re never quite prepared for. But Sarah didn’t even flinch. She literally went out that morning and bought clear umbrellas so the ceremony would still feel magical (photos below). She didn’t ask, she just did it - because she really cared. That’s who she is. Throughout the day she was everywhere at once, setting up the reception, welcoming guests, managing musicians and photographers, guiding our MC, handing us water when we needed it, quietly making sure every moment flowed and every champagne glass was full. She built our run sheet, seating plan, timing, speeches - all the invisible scaffolding that holds a wedding together. A true expert, but also a true heart. We’ve attached photos, including a snapshot of the 12-page run sheet she created to brief every supplier. It’s a masterpiece. Honestly, I want Sarah to organise our entire lives but she is busy with weddings. To the whole team at Days Like These: you didn’t just coordinate a wedding. You crafted a day that felt effortless, emotional, joyful, and completely us. We trusted you with the most important moments of our lives, and you delivered beyond anything we could’ve imagined. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Em from Days Like These Events, and she was an absolute legend! From start to finish, Em went above and beyond to help us plan a day that ran as smoothly as possible. She supported us with everything, from styling choices and gathering vendor quotes to answering our late-night emails and giving us that gentle kick we needed to get our invites out. She made the whole process so fun and stress-free! Then came Lisa, who joined the party as our on-the-day coordinator and she was phenomenal! She answered every single question and message in the lead-up (and even on the day!), making sure we had everything we needed and more. She brought the best energy, kept everything running seamlessly, and even had cocktails ready for us right after the ceremony! Talk about a dream! We stand by it when we say that if it weren’t for Em and Lisa, our wedding wouldn’t have been as magical as it was. They truly took the stress out of planning, and we were able to just enjoy the day knowing everything was in their hands. If you’re second-guessing whether to get a planner or on-the-day coordinator, don’t think, just do it! Investing in Em and Lisa was hands down one of the best decisions we made! I honestly could not have organised our wedding and had it turn out to be the most amazing day without the team of Em, Ash and Lisa at Days Like These Events. I had no idea where to start or who to contact but with Em's help (and of course Ash as well) she helped guide me on sorting out vendors; she helped advise me when I needed to get something sorted and I loved our monthly chats up until the wedding. On the day we had Lisa help ensure that everything went smoothly and I could not thank her and the team enough. We had so many people tell us how great her and the team where on the day and also what a wonderful day they had. All we wanted was a fun day without formalities and that is what we got! We could not have done it without them. Thank you again Em, Ash and Lisa for helping to guide me and make our wedding day the day we exactly wanted!

We used Days like These for our photography and on the day coordination for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!!! On the day ran so smoothly and everyone involved from DLT was professional, fun, happy, kind and friendly!!! We adored Heather and Fabio our photographers and the photos are unreal. Having Emma there for on the day coordination helped everything to run so smoothly and she was there for all our needs before we even asked for them! Beyond thankful to Em for creating such a beautiful team of creatives. Would highly recommend to anyone, 10/10!!!
