I did extensive research before selecting a shop to repair my 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe, and based on that research, I chose DB Orlando Collision – East. I was specifically sold on their message that they understand how frustrating it is to deal with sub-par repairs and that their business was created to prevent exactly that type of experience. After over a month in the shop and a $14,000 insurance payout for what was minor rear-end damage, I received my vehicle back. Unfortunately, just three days later, a rear camera washer fell off. I also immediately noticed condensation inside the left rear taillight and sub-par paintwork on the liftgate with visible bubbling. I contacted DB and brought the vehicle back for a warranty visit. That visit lasted two weeks. When I picked up the vehicle, only the washer issue had been repaired. The bubbling paint and the condensation inside the taillight were still present. After calling to express my concerns, I was told that the original repair did not include replacement of the taillight, and that the paint technician had polished the liftgate but did not see the same defects that were still clearly visible. I was then reassured that the issues could be resolved and that a supplement would be sent to my insurance to cover the taillight. We scheduled another warranty visit, and when I attempted to drop my vehicle off at DB Orlando Collision – East (the only location my vehicle has ever been to), I was told that I was at the wrong location and that the vehicle was supposed to go to their West location. Although the text message mentioned “West,” no address was ever provided, and once again, all previous repairs and warranty work had been done at the East location. At this point, after multiple failed attempts and a significant waste of time, I made the decision to take my vehicle to the dealership and pay out of pocket to have the issues properly corrected. I simply cannot afford to continue losing time on repeat warranty visits that do not fully resolve the problems. My overall client experience has been very poor. While I understand this business is highly rated, my personal experience was the complete opposite. After two failed repair attempts, I no longer feel confident allowing them to work on my vehicle. Unfortunately, they will not be receiving my business again, and I will not be returning for further attempts to make things right.
Thank you to everybody at this shop. Especially Christy, and John who I worked with alot. DB Collision fought for me to get OEM parts on my mazda. Ultimately my car was deemed a total loss though. The communication was excellent. I was informed about everything, every step of the way. The staff is very knowledgeable about how the car insurance industry works, and was very helpful with advice for me as the consumer. I will gladly take my car here again if i need to. Hopefully I will not need your services again though.
I took my car hear after having it fixed previously at another shop and wasn’t happy with the repairs. They told me from the beginning that it was going to be a long process but a doable one. They were always fighting for what is right for me and my car and in the end we all got what we wanted. If needed, from now on i will always use this shop. From the service, how consistent, how honest, and how fast they work it was beyond impressive. Shoutout to Christian who was constantly giving me updates about my car and everything that is happening. Take your car here! They will always do and fight for whats right for you!
From start to finish DB Orlando Collision has been amazing! The communication has been top tier through every step of the way! They’re all professional and knowledgeable. The turn around time was quick and I couldn’t be more happier! Joanie and Emma were awesome and addressed any concerns I had. Enjoy the before and after pictures!! I highly recommend!
