Fraudulent Scammers. This company made a mess in our home and has been unresponsive to our requests to finish the job. They installed an air conditioning unit that did not fit properly & made a massive hole in our wall without permission. It has now been 2 weeks and they have not completed the installation or contacted us to fix the damage to our home. Del Air is not returning our phone calls. The Del Air sales person has ghosted us & the Del Air supervisor/ manager who was supposed to come to assess the situation was a no call / no show.
I had a fantastic experience with Juan Maldonado from Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning. Not only did he clean and service my AC issue promptly, but he also took the time to educate me on every step of the process. It is rare to find a technician who is so patient and willing to explain the mechanics of the system and how to maintain it properly. The right filters to get and offered recommendations. Juan is professional, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend asking for him if you want the job done right.

He explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand and provided honest recommendations. His work was thorough and efficient. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services.
I had my final inspection done this morning for my new heating and air-conditioning system. It was a pleasure watching and communicating with Eduardo and Kevin. Both seemed to enjoy their job and were very eager to teach me when I was not sure about operating the system. They were both professional and pleasant to work with. They displayed such confidence and knowledge doing their work. The definitely would not hesitate to recommend them for any job again. Thank you very much Eduardo and Kevin; keep up the good work.
