First apt c this group, in fact, first apt c a dermatologist ever. Had contact c 3 people to inc. the dr who was Dr Tisdale. Was very impressed c her knowledge n demeanor as she was also training a young PA as she was examining me. Both Dr n her trainee very professional n knowledgeable. Certainly will go back if need to n will highly recommend her practice.
Very attentive and wonderful doctor. The department that called in my prescription very disappointing. I specifically have one number to call in and obviously the person that called in did NOT use my pharmacy that was on my paperwork. Called in a totally different pharmacy!!!,now I have to spend hours trying to straighten this out. PLEASE pay attention to patients paperwork and the number of their PHARMACY...not your company's pharmacy.
Dr. Tisdall has been my dermatologist since I moved to San Antonio in 2017. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she makes you very comfortable, even if your concerns make you uncomfortable. I absolutely love her and highly recommend!
Everyone was friendly and polite. Dr Tisdall was very attentive and thorough about the procedure I was interested. I felt comfortable in her consultation and hope to get this procedure done as soon as I can get a scheduled date. Thank you
They do great work here. Very friendly and professional. I’ve been there an hour early and was seen 30 mins before my appointment and I’ve been there when they were running a little behind, and kept me and other patients informed. Just a well run practice.
