Im sorry I didn't get his name, but it was the night before Christmas and I didn't realize the store closed early. I called the number to see if my shirt was ready. The store closed early but the gentleman returned my call and drove all the way back to the store so I could get my shirt in time for Christmas. I've ordered two things from this store now and both items were great. If it helps, the gentleman drove a red car. I'd love for him to be recognized for his heart felt customer service ❤️
Design 4 You produces some of the best materials at an affordable cost and they are very timely. Sam is the man and was able to get my order done last minute even after my own personal mistake. Thank you Sam!
I’ve placed several orders with them for embroidered shirts, jackets, and screen-printed sweatshirts, and I truly love the quality of their work. The items are durable, and their turnaround time is great. From a customer-service standpoint, one area for improvement would be the consistency of their posted hours on Google—there have been days when they closed early without any indication. Additionally, having an online website to browse product options and allowing established customers to view past orders and easily reorder would make the process even smoother. Overall, they offer fair pricing and deliver excellent work.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Design 4 You! Sam is the man when it comes to getting shirts done right. I needed custom shirts in a rush, and he had them ready in less than a day — and not just rushed work either, they came out absolutely perfect. The quality was spot-on, the print was clean and professional, and the shirts looked even better than I expected. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Sam was easy to work with, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled exactly the way I wanted. The price was very fair, especially for the speed and quality of the job. You just don’t find service like this everywhere. If you need shirts done quickly, affordably, and with true attention to detail, I highly recommend Design 4 You. Sam definitely deserves all the accolades — this is the place to go if you want the job done right the first time!
Let me just say very quick to answer the phone. Pretty polite on phone, sadly their work does not coincide with the customer service. I gave them 3 smocks I wear for work. Just wanted my name on them in purple. They had no professional form for me to fill out just a blank piece of white paper. I was told Monday at the latest. They weren’t ready until almost closing on Tuesday. No communication, I had to call. As you can seen the embroidery looks real bad, almost like the needle was dull. I did not see it until I got home as I had an appointment right after I picked them up. I bought my own smocks, normally I would ask for a refund or for them to redo them but I didn’t want to have to deal with it, I needed them for work. The mess I seen when I walked in the door should have been the 1st red flag, the blank paper to fill out should have been the second. Shame on me. I will not recommend them to anyone. Matter of fact I would steer clear of this place. I have added photos of all 3 pieces that were done. Highly disappointed
