Five stars. Only one florist open Christmas Eve. But they turned a 'sorry, that's all we have' into a masterpiece. Doubled the flowers for free. Roses, gardenias, petunias— red, white, green— looked like a wedding. Absolutely gorgeous. Had to leave a review. Use them.
The team at Designs East Florist & Interior is absolutely amazing! I had a wonderful experience ordering a Christmas centerpiece. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with—responsive, friendly, and incredibly talented. I truly appreciated how they worked within my budget. They thoughtfully scaled down an existing design from their website, and the result was exactly what I was hoping for. The arrangement was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Hands down, THE BEST FLORIST IN DFW!! I order from Designs East for every family birthday and special occasion— at least 4 times per year, for the past 3 years. Every arrangement has been absolutely gorgeous, even better than pictured on the website. They are super easy to use; I’ve ordered online at the last minute, and as long as the order is received before 1 or 2pm, they still delivered it on the same day. This florist has gone out of their way to make sure I’m pleased with their service every single time, and I will be a lifelong customer because of this. Their prices are better than anywhere else, the arrangements and quality of flowers is more beautiful and bigger than expected, and best of all they bring a smile to the recipient and make them feel loved on their special day. You can’t ask for more than that. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are, and I am so grateful to have found them. Absolute 5 star business!!
A friend was recently in rehab in Dallas and I wanted to send her flowers. I live in another state but didn't want to use 1-800-flowers because of a bad experience (wilted flowers). I wanted a flower shop that's highly rated and close to the rehab and found Designs East. From the photo I was sent by my friend, it looked like the flowers were fresh. It was delivered on the same day as advertised. Their arrangements are beautiful and their website is user friendly. Happy customer here!
It was such a pleasure to work with them! Would highly HIGHLY recommend!! Had the most incredible service & experience here! The Store owner and the floral designer were both so sweet and easy to work with. They have a wide selection of florals to choose from and even some exotic ones that are pretty rare to find. I told them my budget and they were very accommodating.
