Our Toyota Highlander developed a sunroof leak during a recent atmospheric river and ended up completely soaked inside. After several trips to the mechanic (not Jason) to fix the leak, mold had started growing all over the seats and carpet. Yikes! Jason came highly recommended for mold remediation, and we were so relieved that he was able to fit us in despite juggling multiple jobs at the time. I was really impressed with Jason’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He kept us updated every day on the progress and went out of his way to keep costs reasonable. I expected the car back with just the mold taken care of, but Jason went above and beyond and cleaned and detailed the entire interior. It honestly felt like getting a brand-new car back! Huge thanks to Jason for helping us through such a stressful situation!
I didn’t drive my car for a week and was surprised by mold. I frantically googled for someone who could help and saw that Jason had a lot of good reviews so I called him. He was very helpful from the start and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. He got rid of the mold and found the source. Pictures don’t do justice, my car feels brand new. The job was completed quickly as well. I highly recommend going to him :] thank you so much!
Jason went above and beyond with fixing a leak in my sunroof and the mold remediation from that leak. It’s rare to find someone who specializes in both which makes this business particularly unique. He is caring, compassionate, flexible and extremely competent at what he does. He takes the time to really listen to what you need and adds his own expertise. He also got it done quicker than expected and I was shocked at how much detail and effort he put in. My car feels brand new! It can be rare to find genuine people like him with excellent service. Jason Miles is a consummate professional. We dropped our Subaru off after the sunroof had leaked and caused mildew deep in the carpet and pads. Not only did he remediate all the mold/mildew, but the interior of our car was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. His quote was also very fair and he worked within our timeline to have the vehicle back to us before our other car was dropped in the shop. Cannot say enough good things about Jason and the experience we had.
I highly highly recommend Detail by Miles. From the first call Jason was so nice and ready to help with the mold issue in my car and was able to get me in quickly. He went above and beyond what I asked for. I thought my car was a total loss, and he did what I thought would be impossible! I was absolutely blown away, every nook and cranny had been paid attention to with so much detail. My battery was dead and he went through the work to replace it for me, and even found an issue with the washer line and fixed that too. You seriously won’t find work like this anywhere else, and for such a fair price. Thank you so much for saving my car Jason! I have a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders now.
