The job the tech did was great but the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I went 5 days without heat and it was forecast for an extra cold weekend I would’ve thought since they had to order the part that maybe they could’ve went to one of their competitors and see if they could’ve obtained the part from them and then reimburse them when the part came in so that I could get my furnace up and running in a couple of days and not 5 days.
Excellent experience with yearly furnace maintenance checkup. Mike was efficient and was also patient with any questions that I had. Would use again for yearly maintenance checkup and/or any unanticipated issues in the future.
