We bought a Sundance spa from Pablo at DFW Hot Tubs. He was fantastic throughout the entire process. He communicated the whole time and did not pressure us into making a decision. Plus, he came to our house to do a spa school to show us how to properly treat the hot tub with the chemicals. Would highly recommend going to him for any hot tub needs!

DFW Hot Tubs is all they claim to be and then some! My wife did a lot of research before we ever set foot in a hot tub store and what she concluded was that styles and features of hot tubs are highly subjective. In most cases, you’ll hear good and bad about just about every brand on the market. But for my wife, the discovery went well beyond that. What she discovered was that nearly every customer out there wanted reassurance that the business would be there AFTER the sale to offer advice or assistance…AND…not only have a warranty but would potentially still be in business later in life—especially when those “older” models began to fade and parts became scarce. For us, it was wise to consider these details, especially since nearly every model on the market hits our pocketbook in the same way. The economic impact has hit us all in one way or another so we thought it prudent to examine every angle we could think of for such a big investment! Our story began with a lot of window shopping. We hit about 7 stores, some of which had some appeal but in the end, could not meet one of our needs. We wanted a brand with longevity and a great reputation for quality. We got that through “Sundance.” We wanted something that was in-stock, available for installation in a reasonable timeframe, and most of all, we wanted top-notch customer service—and we got that with “DFW Hot Tubs.” I’m not getting paid and I didn’t get a discount to say anything here in this review. I’m sharing the truth about our experience because it’s hard these days to find honest business and even harder to find businesses that aren’t just “talk” but back there words with action. That was exactly what DFW Hot Tubs delivered. We had a completely wonderful experience, but in honesty we did have an initial hiccup with the electric installation. In short, it wasn’t done the way we requested but in the end, the manager made it right; actually more than right. We were pleased with the quick response and the matter was resolved completely to our satisfaction and for that reason alone, I’d give them a 4-Star review. But in truth, the real star of the show was our sales representative. Write this name down and don’t even consider another option! Pablo is your guy. Before we even met Pablo, his name was mentioned in many reviews my wife and I saw. We set out to visit DFW Hot Tubs with one sales representative in mind—and we’re beyond glad we did. Pablo is one of the most friendly human beings on this planet and that’s not all. Pablo is beyond knowledgeable. He’s patient, kind, and Honest as they come. He doesn’t just say what needs to be said to make a sale. He shares everything he’s learned from years of experience and at times, he even gave his own honest opinion about matters we inquired about. In fact, he was willing to sell us what we thought we wanted but after just showing us what he thought we’d really enjoy, we actually saw the value in his recommended option. He didn’t have to give us another option, but he truly wanted us to be happy with any purchase so he took some time to make us aware. He even took us to the warehouse just so we could put our eyes on the size and sit in it to see if we thought it would be good for our large family. And it was. Pablo cares. Pablo talked extensively about our options and answered many questions to help us find the perfect balance for our needs versus affordability versus all the other aforementioned demands we had regarding quality, longevity, etc. Pablo took calls and texts continually throughout the process—and still does. He showed up after installation to educate us on functions and care…he even brought us some complementary chemicals to get us started and taught us how to use them to keep everything working, clean, and enjoyable for our family’s use. In the end, the five-star rating would be an eight-star rating if that were possible—and all the credit due to PABLO because Pablo is the very best sales rep you could hope for in your very own hot tub-buying experience. Do yourself a favor and see PABLO & DFW Hot Tubs.

My husband and I were researching hot tubs. There's a lot of information out there. We finally decided to go look because there's so many different opinions. After a few stops, we met Pablo at DFW Hot Tubs. We really felt comfortable with him immediately. He was open and gave great information. We are sooooooo glad we got a Sundance with Pablo. The experience has been easy from the beginning! The delivery, the electrician, and the set up were top notch. These guys are professional and kind! Pablo is the best at what he does. If you are a researcher like us, here's my advice. Stop and go to DFW Hot Tubs. You will not be disappointed! Hands down the best buying and owning experience! I'd give 10 stars if that was available.
