Amazing service after 7pm! Heater wasn't blowing out air from the vents. I called and spoke with John. We are a repeat customer. They had been out a few years back to replace a part on our older heating unit (that we didn't buy from them). On our phone call he took the time to trouble shoot some things with me and eventually walked me through how to reach the filter for the unit. (Turns out, this was the problem.) He could have easily made us schedule a service call, but helped us right over the phone. During Dinner! No charge. Told us exactly what kind of filter to buy (and what NOT to buy). Working great now! What I originally thought was going to be an expensive fix turned out to be just a few bucks for a new filter. Thanks to an honest and helpful business owner. Thank you John!
Excellent service from DG Heating and Air! Brandon was fantastic - he provided quick, efficient service and gave us straightforward, honest advice. Instead of trying to oversell us, he focused only on what actually needed to be fixed and took the time to explain how to properly maintain our systems for years to come. Really appreciated his transparency and expertise. Definitely gained a long-time customer - we'll be using DG Heating and Air for all our regular maintenance services going forward. Highly recommend!

DG Heating & Air was outstanding! Our old central air AC system & old furnace were in need of replacing. We did plenty of research on equipment. DG is an elite dealer on the Mitsubishi heat pump system we wanted. They were highly recommended by some good friends that we trust. DG exceeded all expectations. Everyone - from the owners of the company, to the office staff, to the hard working crew that did the install - were professional, friendly & exceptional at what they do. These days, it's hard to find contractors that actually do what they say they'll do, for the price & timeline they say in the initial agreement. DG could teach a course to other contractors on how to run a business! If you're looking for a good heating & air company, we give DG Heating & Air our highest recommendation!
Brandon came out to our house today to fix our air conditioning. He was AMAZING!! He was very thorough and perfectly fixed our issue. This is not the first time he’s come by, and every single time, he goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and our systems are working. He is very kind and patient and great at explaining the thermostat technology in a way we could understand. We’ll definitely be working with Brandon and DG in the future.
