Every encounter I have had with the staff has been phenomenal! I recently shipped my wedding ring back to them since I live out of town in order to get it resized. They made the process so easy and the turnaround was super quick! They’re great people who care about their customers and the work they do. Can’t recommend them enough!!

My husband and I found Diamond and Gold Warehouse by accident when we were traveling in Dallas. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and I had wanted an eternity band for some time. We stopped in and spoke with Annie, she was so helpful and knowledgeable and quoted a very fair price working with the owner Barry making our purchase so easy. I had a beautiful eternity band that was custom made mailed to me a few weeks later. I love my ring and the service and quality was top notch. Highly recommend Diamond and Gold Warehouse.
