My go to shop !!! Anything I need done it gets DONE with no issues. The prices are GREAT and Monique is the BEST! She gives awesome customer service, she answers all my questions and solved all my problems!! You won’t be disappointed !
So I stopped by this body shop and had such a great experience.. the manager Monique omg she is amazin!!! very knowledgeable, answered all my questions!! If you need body work and paint done and want great customer service stop by and talk to Monique!
I can't say enough good things about Diamond Autobody & Paint in Fresno, especially Arthur and Monique. These two are absolutely amazing! The first time we came in (referred by Tesla themselves), our Tesla Model S had a bumper sensor issue. My husband and I were bracing ourselves for a hefty bill, but they fixed it right then and there, for FREE. They said it was an easy fix (less than 30 minutes) and there was no need to charge us... Who does that anymore?! That kind of honesty and kindness earned our loyalty forever. Fast forward to our second visit: I accidentally ran our side mirror into the garage (oops!). Tesla quoted us nearly $1,200 to fix it!! When we brought it to Diamond Autobody & Paint for a second opinion, they suggested we order the mirror ourselves from eBay and they'd handle the installation... We saved over $900! They could have easily overcharged us, but instead they showed us how to save money. This is why we'll never go anywhere else. The team at Diamond Autobody & Paint is professional and genuinely care about their customers. They're not looking to take advantage, they want to actually help. And yes: Tesla refers people to them! That says it all. If you have a Tesla (or any car really), do yourself a favor and go to Diamond Autobody & Paint. They've got our support forever!
Today I just dropped into Diamond Auto Body without an appointment for some very minor work (front plate installed), I was greeted by Monique and David helped me. I am very happy with their customer service / very personable and the issue was taken care of immediately. I definitely will be back. Carlos 11/05/2025
If you have a Jaguar, Land Rover or other high end vehicle and have to have body damage repair BEWARE of this repair shop. I have a 2024 Jaguar F-Pace that was side swiped by a semi causing damage to the whole passenger side. For Jaguar repairs, you can only take them to a "certified" Jaguar repair shop, for me, that meant having my vehicle taken 2 hours away to Diamond, worst experience ever. Brought my vehicle in the beginning of December 2024, the shop had the vehicle for nearly 3 months. Week after week they would promise the vehicle was going to be ready and then the day of, something unexpected would pop up and it would be delayed. This happened at least 3 weeks in a row. The last time it occurred, the manager (Marco) said they would reimburse the rental car costs for the last time it was ir delayed, ended up being 6 days ($390). When my wife picked up the vehicle they told her to submit the receipts, a week later they still hadn't responded, when she reached out she received the attached email, stating they decided they weren't going to reimburse. Additionally, when she got home with the vehicle she found the trunk cover has not been reinstalled, she contacted Marco and he agreed to ship it, it never happened. A week later, drove 2 hours to go pick it up. The MOST EGREGIOUS was when we looked over the vehicle after getting it home, we found they had completely missed repairing a whole area on the bumper!! (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). Had to reach out to Progressive who made arrangements to have the vehicle taken to another repair shop to inspect the repairs that were done and complete the final repairs. Be careful and don't be fooled like we were by this shop because of how they set you in or the other vehicles they show you they are working on, this place is a SCAM, they will drag out your repairs and do a crappy job.
