Myself and my soon to be future wife purchased our wedding rings and I'd previously acquired my partner's engagement ring from Diamond Heaven. Grace in particular was very helpful and attentive from start to finish, handling our enquiries and purchases with the upmost professionalism. Would recommend to everyone!
I had an excellent experience at Diamond Heaven when choosing an engagement ring. The team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and made the whole process far easier than I expected. They were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. A special shout‑out to Phoebe, who delivered top‑class service — she took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question, and made the decision feel effortless. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring, and I can’t thank the team enough, especially Phoebe, for making the experience such a positive one. Highly recommend.
Phoebe helped my fiancé choose an engagement ring that is more perfect than I could ever have imagined, especially working from a rough description and some thoughts/ideas. She then went on to help me select a wedding band remotely, carefully explaining options over email and arranging selections for me to try on in person. The attention to detail and personal care throughout was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Phoebe or this jewellers more highly!
Thank you to Phoebe for helping my Fiancé pick out the perfect ring! I love it! The manager (whose name I have forgotten sorry!) was also so lovely when we went to collect. Definitely recommend !!
Fantastic experience, 10/10. We had a custom engagement ring made after finding nothing even similar in other shops, nor anyone ready to help us find what we wanted or even close. Grace, on the other hand, couldn't have done more and helped us get exactly what we wanted and for a *much* better price than we anticipated. She even advised us against a feature (hidden halo; I'm clumsy and stones would surely fall out after a knock or three) that surely would have raised the price with added diamonds and netted her much more commission, especially since our budget would have allowed for it and she knew that, but she was a consummate professional and advised us on what was best for us, and even managed a very decent discount due to an offer they had on. Turnaround time was about 10 weeks from first going in the shop to ring on the finger, and Grace was fantastic with keeping us updated along the way. We're 100% returning for our wedding bands, and would recommend this place, and Grace, to anyone.
