The experience we had here, resetting an heirloom ring, was absolutely amazing. Jason and others were so helpful and made the time waiting worth it. They offered such a fun experience with 3D pictures and a 3D printed version of the ring before the finial ring was created. We shopped around to various jewelry stores and knew the Diamond Vault was the winner after meeting the team.
Fantastic customer service from the time we entered the store to the time we left. Ed was patient and extremely knowledgeable while showing us wedding bands. He took the time to show us different band sizes and talk through the process and options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely listened to what we were looking for and helped us explore styles that matched both our taste and lifestyle. Amazing, amazing experience here! My fiancée and I are doing the whole thing a little non-traditionally and aiming for cost effective so we went out to go shopping for rings for each other a month before we’re to be married. We visited a couple of places around town where we felt like prey to these sales people or were told that the cheapest option for my ring would be $1000. After feeling a little discouraged about finding rings within our budget, we visited the Diamond Vault where Jason and his team gave us an amazing experience. We were able to order our rings that day within our budget that would arrive before our big day. And they had a mimosa bar going! Can’t recommend this place or Jason enough if you’re shopping around in Reno.
I just got married of May 25th and my now wife surprised me with creating my dream ring. Ed, Jason & Savannah went above and beyond my expectations. I had taken a band from one and a setting from the other and they were able to create my dream ring. Unfortunately one of the diamonds had fallen out of the band but when I called Diamond Vault without hesitation they ordered me a new ring and had it expedited at no extra charge. I have never experienced this type of service from a retail store. We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend Diamond Vault!!
