I had an incredible experience with Diamonds by Rothschild from start to finish. They helped me design a fully customized engagement ring that turned out even better than I could have imagined. It was exactly what I envisioned, and at the right price. Thank you to Henry, Laura, and the entire Diamonds by Rothschild team for making such a monumental moment feel seamless.
After driving two hours one-way, I don’t ever want to go anywhere BUT here, ever again. Laura’s expectations are higher than mine and I love it (and her) so much. Every single item in their cases is also, top notch. Not one item in that store is lab grown or even mid in anyway. Rothschild is all top notch — items available, in-house jeweler, customer service, etc. I will HAPPILY drive two hours one-way for their service. They can’t be beat. Period. I have gone through jewelers from the east coast to the west coast and this place is NUMBER 1 in EVERY way. My engagement ring mount was totally botched by two different jewelers and Laura made sure the mount came in quickly and the stone was set here, PERFECTLY. Seriously, I only had the ring for a week and the center stone would have definitely fallen out had I not found this place. So so so BEYOND glad I found them and especially Laura.
In recently shopping for an engagement ring, Laura was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Her attention to detail, thoroughness, and customer service was sincerely appreciated. Additionally, Laura’s industry knowledge base was second to none. She most definitely went above and beyond expectations! For anyone looking for a jeweler, I’d highly recommend her and the team.
Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with and she did an exceptional job designing the most perfect engagement ring and wedding band for me. My rings are gorgeous and fit like a glove. I get so many compliments! Laura also generously helped me out on the resizing of several rings at a fraction of the price quoted by other jewelers. Thank you, Laura!
